Data Deletion

If you wrote to a business that uses PipeIO

PipeIO does not store the content of your messages. What is stored: your phone number and the times of your messages, for routing and counting. To delete that as well:

• Email landsmanadav@gmail.com with the phone number you used and the name of the business you wrote to.
• You will get an email confirmation once the deletion is done.

Deletion is completed within 30 days. Note that the conversation itself is held by the business and in your own WhatsApp, not by PipeIO; to have the business delete it, contact the business directly.

If you are a business connected to PipeIO

Email landsmanadav@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, (a WhatsApp message from the owner's number may be used to confirm identity; the request itself is by email). We delete the business's details, its allowed people, its API keys and the routing records of its number within 30 days of closing the account. Disconnecting the number from the WhatsApp Business Platform is done in the business's own Meta account.

What cannot be deleted

Records the law requires us to keep (invoices and payments) are kept for the statutory period, without any message content.
